Made for the Jorge Posada Foundation, a charitable organization for children with craniosynostosis.

The bike has baseball-bat handlebars, 3-D logos on each wheel, baseballs on the oil tank, pennant valve covers and a gleaming chrome replica of Yankee Stadium, and traditional navy pinstripes.
