Handlebars sweepthrough the areathat looks likea fuel tank;the actual tankis placed nearthe center ofthe bike. Perimeterrim-mounted disc brakes are fittedto both wheels.

Touring amenities include a shaftdrive hidden insidethe aluminum rearswingarm, an adjustable-rake, flip-up windscreenand a largestorage area infront of theseat. Kawasaki doesn’t mention anydetails about theZZR-X’s engine, butit’s safe tosay there willbe ample powerif the bikeis ever built.The rear seatcowl flips upinto a backrest,probably to keepthe passenger fromflying off at186 mph."
